GH3044
GH3044 high temperature alloy is a Ni-Cr based solid solution strengthened deformed high temperature alloy with a service temperature below 900°C. The alloy contains a large amount of tungsten element and small amounts of aluminum and titanium. The alloy has high plasticity and moderate thermal strength, excellent oxidation resistance and good stamping and Welding process performance.

Applications of GH3044
- Engine combustion chamber: The high temperature strength and oxidation resistance of GH3044 make it an ideal material for manufacturing the main combustion chamber and afterburner of aeroengines. These components need to maintain stable performance over long periods of time in high-temperature and high-pressure environments.
Turbine blades: In addition to combustion chambers, GH3044 is also used to manufacture turbine blades and other components, which also need to withstand extreme tests of high temperature and pressure.
Other structural parts: In addition, GH3044 is also suitable for manufacturing complex structural parts such as heat shields and guide vanes, as well as high-temperature structural parts such as mounting edges and ducts. - Gas turbine blades: GH3044’s excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength make it an ideal material for gas turbine blades, helping to improve energy conversion efficiency.
