CNC machining is suitable for customized metal parts that require tight tolerances, stable dimensions, complex shapes and smooth surface quality. Compared with general cutting or manual machining, CNC processing offers higher accuracy, better repeatability and more flexible production for prototypes, small batches and regular orders.
A wide range of material forms can be used for CNC machining, including plates, sheets, round bars, square bars, flat bars, tubes, pipes, profiles, forgings and customer-supplied blanks. Common machining processes include CNC turning, CNC milling, drilling, tapping, threading, boring, slotting, chamfering and surface finishing.
Materials available for CNC machining include stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, copper alloy and nickel-based high-temperature alloys such as Inconel, Incoloy, Hastelloy and Monel. According to drawings, samples or technical requirements, we can supply raw materials and process them into shafts, flanges, bushings, fittings, fasteners and other precision metal components.
